YOUR RESOURCE FOR MAY'S

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH

Each May, the Jewish community joins the annual national movement to raise awareness for mental health and wellbeing.  We're offering events and experiences designed to support all aspects of wellness: mind, body, spirit.

EVENTS & TRAININGS

Explore pop-up programs, creative workshops, giving circles, 'screenside chats' and wellness inspo all month long.  We hope you walk away with new self-care practices, coping strategies, and a deeper understanding of the dimensions of mental health.
We have something for everyone .

This month, let's all practice Collective Compassion.

Everyone Has Mental Health
Our commitment to helping people thrive has never been stronger.
Events of the last year have left so many of us reeling with a heightened sense of uncertainty, confusion and loss.

In this moment we turn to each other, our Jewish tradition, the belief that unity is strength and that our community is resilient.

There is hope. And there is help.
