Each May, the Jewish community joins the annual national movement to raise awareness for mental health and wellbeing. We're offering events and experiences designed to support all aspects of wellness: mind, body, spirit.

Learn and Share Practical Tools for Mental Health
Learn practical tools with Q&As with adolescent experts, 'screenside' chats, panel discussions with mental health experts and youth professionals, and hear teens share their stories. Help raise awareness, fight stigma and educate and inspire others by sharing social media messages all month long.
CPR FOR MENTAL HEALTH
Free Certification Courses in Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based course teaching adults how to support young people, ages 12-21. Professionals, caring adult and parents will benefit from the Jewishly-framed, 6.5 hour training, a mix of self-paced and Instructor-led workshops.
Certification valid for three years.

The field of Positive Psychology teaches that health is not just about what we eat - it is about what we think, say, do and consume. It suggests you can develop internal resources can help you overcome and grown from inevitable failures and disappointments.
